Aggregator Status
Distribution & Aggregation
Steady Money acts as an aggregator/distributor through licensed partners. Steady Money is not a bank, not an NBFC, and does not provide personalized investment advice.
Third-Party Products
Financial products are offered by third-party institutions. Steady Money does not guarantee returns, approvals, or the performance of any investment.

Account Management
Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering contracts, and a resident of India providing accurate and complete KYC information.
Registration
Accounts are created via OTP verification. You are responsible for account credential confidentiality and all actions taken under your account.
User Conduct & Fees
Fees & Commissions
Steady Money may receive distribution commissions, brokerage, referral fees, or marketing incentives from product partners. This does not alter your terms with the product issuer.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, scrape data, or violate applicable laws.

Indemnity & Disputes
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the max extent permitted by law, Steady Money is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Steady Money against claims from your violations.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Disputes are governed by Indian law. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under Indore, MP jurisdiction, with arbitration seat in Indore.
